Terms of Use

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Mindful app, published by PE Yalovenko Vladyslav ("we"). By downloading or using Mindful, you agree to them. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If the two differ, these terms add to Apple's agreement and don't replace it.

Mindful is not medical care

Mindful offers affirmations, breathing exercises and other self care tools. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, therapist or emergency service. If you're in crisis or think you might hurt yourself, contact your local emergency number right away. Stop any breathing exercise that makes you dizzy or uncomfortable.

Your content

Affirmations and notes you write stay on your device and belong to you. You're responsible for what you write.

Our content

The affirmations, sounds, designs and other content in Mindful belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a single affirmation with friends is fine.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Mindful after a change means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Mindful is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Mindful Plus in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
